These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “your”) and EatBot Limited (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the websites and mobile properties at eat.bot, biteappy.com, biteappy android & iOS apps as well as any other media form, related software applications (sometimes referred to as “apps”), data, SMS, APIs, email, chat and telephone correspondence, ads, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, all of these items shall be referred to herein as the “services”). Our services deals with data related but not limited to restaurants, cafes, chains, food trucks, takeaways, food stalls, mobile shops, shops, online shops, businesses, persons, chefs (collectively, all of these shall be referred to herein as the “caterers”). All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to you in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting your needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. You agree that by using and accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. We provide an interface between food allergy sufferers (including general public and non food allergy sufferers who may want to filter caterers and dishes according to their lifestyle choices) and caterers offering edible items to food allergy sufferers, lifestyle choice users and general public. Our services display menus and associated caterer's data as provided and/or sourced from public sources, sometimes agreed and approved by the caterers. We do not guarantee for this information to be accurate or medically correct as it relies on the information provided by the caterers or public sources. The users of our services must make independent enquiries in respect of the authenticity of the content provided by the caterers or gathered from public sources and displayed on our services. Our services are not and should not be treated as a replacement to enquire about ingredients, policies and procedures it uses with respect to your unique allergy needs and other issues including intolerance. Further, we do not guarantee or confirm that the caterers and businesses associated with our services use adequate processes or other safeguards to prevent cross-contamination of allergens or other food products. We also do not guarantee nor confirm the safety of food items for certain allergies. Content provided on our services is for information purposes only and should not be treated as a medical advice in any shape or form.
The content on our services should not be treated as a recommendation by us in respect to any diet or lifestyle choices. The content does not get evaluated by any competent authority operating in the UK or, for that matter, any organisation in the world. We make no recommendation. We simply provide information through our services. The content displayed on our services is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. The data is provided and sometimes approved by the caterers and whilst we take utmost care for the accuracy of the data, there are always chances for inaccuracy of data due to following, non exclusive, reasons: Human error; Omission; Technical snag/glitch; Oversight; Change of menu; Non communication of changes from caterers to us; Error on part of caterers We undertake to keep all records of contents on our services which is sometimes approved by caterers and provide audit trail of contents which is approved by caterers but do not accept any responsibility for any damage including death or personal injury.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. EatBot does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of EatBot, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws EatBot shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
